Welcome to the Yampa Valley Fly Fishers Website Chuck Lewis S.W.A. Year 2 RESTORATION IS UNDERWAY! As of Sept. , 2007 the second section of the 'Chuck' is being restored. The line of cars just below the CR 14f bridge were removed in the fall of 2006. Now, in 2007, stabilzation, strcuture improvement, and pike slough fill in is under way.

Yampa Valley Fly fishers is the fund raising 'arm' of the Yampa Valley Stream Improvement Chartible Trust - or YVSICT. YVFF is currently raising money for YVSICT so they may rehabilitate the Chuck Lewis State Wildlife Area portion of the Yampa river. We will post information about it on it's own page.
